I followed your directions..and dinner was fabulous....thanks!! Do you recommend any specific type of bricks...or just ones that look like what you had on your grill...??

Thank you for sharing your culinary methods! That was a good tip about pre-sauteing the sausage. I'm wondering if thin concrete patio paving blocks would work just as well. Any ideas out there? How about trowing some hardwood chunks on the fire to heat it up more?
